6/24/02 - San Francisco Examiner Correction SAN FRANCISCO, CA - On April 22, 2002,
a published interview with Jello Biafra described litigation involving
the Dead Kennedys. The Examiner wishes to correctly report that neither
the Dead Kennedys nor their attorneys presented perjured testimony in
connection with the prior litigation, nor are they misappropriating Biafra's
name or image. Any statements or implication to these effects were mistaken.
